We believe in fulfilling the calling of God by supporting the next generation of pastoral leaders—those being called by God into full-time ministry and pastoral leadership.

The global shortage of pastors is growing. Across Bible universities and local churches, open pastoral positions go unfilled—some even lack a full-time lead pastor, leading to church closures. While pastor retirements play a role, the greater issue is that fewer students of God are entering Bible colleges or pursuing ministry due to the burden of student loan debt. Many who feel God’s calling to ministry find that, after graduating and receiving their pastoral credentials, their salary cannot support a family, repay student loans, or sustain a life of service without additional employment.

This financial pressure has become one of the greatest obstacles to answering God’s calling for ministry. It discourages those being called into ministry and even causes some to walk away from their divine assignment. But God has called and commissioned us to change that.

At God’s Commissioned, we are stepping in—empowering those called by God, commissioned by God, and devoted to leading in pastoral ministry. Together, through stewardship, prayer, and partnership, we can release students of God from financial barriers and help them fulfill the calling in ministry that God has placed on their lives.
