As many know, there is a global shortage of pastors. Numerous churches have open pastoral positions they cannot fill, and some lack a full-time lead pastor—often leading to church closures if the situation persists. While pastor retirements contribute to this issue, the biggest challenge is that fewer students are entering the pastoral field due to the burden of student loan debt. After graduating and receiving their credentials, many new pastors find that their salaries are insufficient to support a family, repay student loans, and sustain a livelihood without taking on a second job. This overwhelming financial strain becomes a tool that satan uses to discourage them, causing many to turn away from their calling to ministry.

This is where God has called us to step in!
